Hardscaping
The bones of a garden are stone, wood, and water. Our masons and carpenters are on staff — not subcontracted — so the level of craftsmanship is the same from the first patio to the last lantern.

Stone & masonry
We work primarily in regional materials — Pennsylvania bluestone, Connecticut fieldstone, granite cobbles — laid by craftsmen who have been with us for fifteen years or more.
Walls & structures
Dry-laid retaining walls, mortared seat walls, pergolas, pavilions, and outdoor kitchens are engineered to integrate with your home's architecture and age gracefully.
Fire, water, and light
Fireplaces and fire pits, fountains, reflecting pools, and a fully designed low-voltage lighting layer round out the experience of the garden after dark.
