A garden lives or dies on water. Our irrigation systems are designed zone-by-zone for the way each bed actually drinks — efficient, quiet, and easy to live with.
Smart systems
We install Hunter and Rain Bird smart controllers with on-site weather and soil-moisture sensors. Watering adjusts automatically — and you can override it from your phone.
Drip and rotor zones
Beds receive low-volume drip; lawns are zoned with matched-precipitation rotors. The result is even coverage, no runoff, and a noticeable drop in summer water bills.
Drainage
We also handle the other half of the water story: French drains, dry wells, channel drains, and grading work to keep water where it belongs.
